The purpose of the Fire Alarm & Security Manager position is to provide oversight of the overall management, operations, and financial performance for the assigned area(s). The manager will consistently act as a subject matter expert to achieve objectives including profitability, growth, and overall performance metrics for the assigned area(s). This role involves overseeing the fire alarm & security department, including inspections, services, and installations, and ensuring proper execution of internal workflows, quality assurance, and safety within local, state, and federal guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for the financial performance of the department, communicating progress with management, maintaining proper staffing levels, managing company assets, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The position requires managing field work, conducting spot checks and ride-a-longs for training and quality control, optimizing technician routes, leading safety meetings, and coordinating project execution and billing.
