About The Position

This position is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of the project according to deadlines outlined in the contract and budget. Define the scope of work, direct and communicate project objectives to team members. Manage all aspects of the assigned contract and provide all the resources to achieve the profit and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing commercial and fire alarm construction required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
• Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image

Nice To Haves

• structured cable work preferred
• DAS and AV experience preferred
• Gamewell FCI experience preferred
• Programs experience preferred: Procore Computer Ease /Deltek Trimble Accubid Bluebeam Clearstory

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct, and be able to project electrical projects from beginning to end
• Read and understand weekly labor reports, project and influence field labor
• Build long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions
