About The Position
The FinOps Intern will support the Financial Operations (FinOps) team in managing and optimizing cloud costs, analyzing financial data, and assisting with process improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in cloud financial management, cost optimization strategies, and cross-functional collaboration between finance, engineering, and business teams.

- Experience with Power BI and Excel.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
- Understanding of FinOps tools and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing cloud usage and spending patterns across platforms (Azure).
- Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and summaries using tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Help maintain FinOps workflows, including tagging, anomaly detection, and cost allocation.
- Support monthly forecasting exercises and assist in preparing accrual summaries for finance reviews.
- Gain exposure to FinOps tools and frameworks; assist in automating repetitive tasks where possible.
- Work with engineering and finance teams to align cloud spending with business objectives.
