About The Position

The Cybersecurity Monitoring Ecosystem Department is currently seeking a FinOps, AI and GenAI Analyst to join its team dedicated to the industrialization and governance of large language models (LLMs) in a modern cloud environment. You’ll work in an environment where secure, compliant and high-performing AI solutions are essential to supporting our organization’s strategic activities. In this role, you’ll help govern and optimize costs related to machine learning, LLMs and GenAI usage in our Databricks environment. You’ll apply FinOps principles to support efficient, sustainable use of resources, while ensuring traceability, performance and control over AI-related costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, AI or a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimization
  • Experience implementing financial governance mechanisms (allocation, tracking, continuous optimization)
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Azure Databricks certification or proven equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the factors that drive LLM and GenAI costs (tokens, embeddings, processing pipelines, storage)
  • Strong proficiency in Databricks, with the ability to optimize large-scale processing workloads
  • Knowledge of Python and PySpark

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop FinOps practices for LLMs and GenAI use in Databricks (frameworks, standards, metrics)
  • Ensure visibility and proper cost allocation for AI usage (tagging, showback, chargeback)
  • Optimize inference, training and storage costs by identifying technical drivers (model selection, data volumes, architecture)
  • Implement indicators that combine operational performance and financial efficiency (cost per use, cost per product, value generated)
  • Establish LLMOps practices to ensure responsible, controlled resource use
  • Support data and AI teams in their technical decisions by consistently integrating financial impact
  • Contribute to architecture decisions by bringing a cost, sustainability and governance perspective.
