Requirements

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ski shop, ski tuning, or ski maintenance experience preferred
• Experience working with power tools and shop equipment
• Familiarity with metric measurements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Operating stone grinders to achieve a precise finish
• Using routers, sanders, bandsaws, drills, and other shop equipment
• Performing detailed finishing work on premium skis
• Working with teammates to hit daily production goals
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Helping ensure every ski that leaves our facility is worthy of the DPS name
