About The Position
Labelink is Growing! We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team on 1st shift in our Finishing Department. No mandatory overtime – we value work-life balance. Optional overtime available. Straight shifts (no rotations). Competitive pay with raises & bonuses.
Requirements
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
- Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.
- Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.
- Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
