About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our high-performing Finish Room team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have experience using spray guns to apply high-quality painted finishes to cabinet components. You’ll play a critical role in delivering consistent, flawless finishes that meet Bellmont’s high standards for quality and appearance.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in paint spray finishing.
- Experience using spray guns to apply high-quality painted finishes to cabinet components.
- Ability to match colors to master samples and ensure consistent tone, clarity, and smoothness.
- Ability to inspect parts for quality, identifying any surface or coating defects and determining appropriate repair or rework steps.
- Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality.
- Ability to maintain equipment, spray booth, and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
- Motivated and detail-oriented.
