About The Position
Join our finishing department as a Manufacturing Operations Associate! In this versatile role, you will own the production process from setup to final pack. We are looking for collaborative, agile team members who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a highly regulated, safety-first environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Comfort using computers and ERP applications.
- A team-first mindset with the willingness to adapt to shifting production needs, cross-train, and work overtime as needed.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout your shift.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate finishing production machines and package high-quality products to precise customer specifications.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to EHS procedures, and proactively escalate safety issues.
- Follow batch records, standard operating conditions, and maintain strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
- Perform accurate inventory transactions using our ERP system (MFG-Pro) and safely operate a lift-truck/forklift to load, unload, and move materials.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing (ELS) initiatives.
