About The Position

Avery Dennison is looking for a Finishing Team Member to join their team. In this role, you will be the final touchpoint for our products, ensuring every item meets our "zero-defect" quality standards before it reaches the customer. This position involves sorting, labeling, and packaging finished goods, inspecting product appearance, preparing machine cores, maintaining packaging material supply, collaborating with other shifts and departments, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives like 5S audits and group problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Sort, label, and package finished goods according to specific customer requirements and quality standards.
Inspect the appearance of finished products to ensure they meet high-quality benchmarks.
Keep production moving by preparing machine cores and maintaining a steady supply of packaging materials.
Coordinate with different shifts and departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
Participate in 5S audits, equipment maintenance, and group problem-solving teams to improve safety and productivity.
