About The Position

As a Finishing Operator, you’ll be responsible for finishing printed materials and getting them ready for shipment. This includes tasks like cutting, binding, and packaging to make sure everything is completed accurately and ready to go out to clients.

This is a fully onsite role, working Monday to Friday on day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in bindery and finishing in a print production environment
• Strong understanding of basic math and numbers
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal)
• Able to lift and move products up to 25kg and stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow production docket instructions to complete jobs accurately
• Operate small-format cutters, folders, drills, hand stitchers, and collating equipment
• Perform hand-finishing tasks such as padding, gluing, and hand collating
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
