About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Finishing Helper on the 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves participating in teamwork, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and operating at speeds necessary to meet production demands. Job assignments may include understanding machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly.

Requirements

Must be able to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, and other tools as required by specific jobs.
Must operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand.
Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or more hours per day.
Must have good hand - eye coordination.
Be able to work overtime when needed.
Bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for 8 hours.
Have good hand-eye coordination.
Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Basic math skills.
Ability to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment, including tape measures and other tools required by specific jobs.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Industrial equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds during a normal workday.
Must be able to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, and other tools as required by specific jobs.
Participate in the principles of teamwork.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
Must operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand.
