About The Position

This role is for a 3rd Shift Finishing- Clean Up Tech. The principal responsibilities include learning multiple finishing room jobs, moving material, and using a computerized production tracking system. The employee must be able to understand and follow written or verbal instructions, meet production goals, adhere to quality standards, and follow all safety policies and procedures. This position is full-time.

Requirements

• Two to three years of work experience
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Math skills
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, climbing stairs, and pulling
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Push/pull carts
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Exposure to finishing materials, vapors or fumes on a regular basis
• Overtime is required, including weekends sometimes with little or no advance notice
• May be required to work a flexible schedule
• Report to work on a regular basis

Nice To Haves

• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
• High School diploma or GED preferred
