Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
0 years of experience required
Ability to work with tight tolerances and small components with attention to detail
Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow instructions, read technical documentation and operate basic computer systems
Strong teamwork mindset and commitment to safety, cleanliness and quality

Nice To Haves

technical or vocational training preferred
Basic finishing skills such as deburring, bead blasting or polishing are helpful

Responsibilities

Finishing medical devices from machined components to final product while meeting quality and compliance standards
Performing basic finishing processes such as cleaning, tumbling, polishing, oxidation and prepackaging
Safely operating finishing equipment, ovens, passivation systems and laser marking tools
Using optical and mechanical tools to support accurate finishing and inspection processes
Taking precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, comparators and gauges
Reading and following blueprints and work instructions
Completing required documentation to comply with FDA, QSR and company quality standards
Collaborating closely with operations, materials and receiving teams to meet production goals
