About The Position
The Finisher role at our Monticello, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.
- Retain knowledge of the department of operation
- Make sound decisions & maintain consistent high quality in work habits
- Exhibit attention to detail
- Problem solves efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities
- Will support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
- Creates quality products to satisfy our customers' needs.
- Initially inspects products, operates a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
- Must be able to proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
- Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.
