About The Position
ARCH Medical Solutions – Seabrook is a contract manufacturer specializing in precision orthopedic instruments and implants for the medical device industry. Our team supports leading medical device companies through high-quality machining, finishing, and manufacturing solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform all activities within the finishing department, including but not limited to Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation.
- Detect and report any discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
- Assist with the training and guidance of new team members and operators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and quality system procedures.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed in accordance with Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.
