About The Position

This role now offers a higher starting rate as part of our continued investment in our production workforce. Lodge Cast Iron started over 125 years ago with Joseph Lodge founding the Blacklock Foundry in South Pittsburg, TN. The company's scrappy, hardworking spirit continues to lead them today. As a team, they believe cast iron is for everyone and are dedicated to manufacturing American-made cookware that they are proud to use in their own homes and excited to bring to kitchens, backyards, and campfires around the world. Day in and day out, they work together to stay safe, have fun, and be better than they were the day before. The company is serious about spreading the joys of cast iron and believes in the adage: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. They stand by a simple recipe of just iron and oil (no forever chemicals, since forever!). They are passionate about keeping their campus in their hometown of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, providing great jobs to their community. As they bring their cookware to the next generation of cast iron chefs, they are looking for people to help them stay true to their roots every step of the way.
