About The Position

ARCH Medical Solutions – Seabrook is a contract manufacturer specializing in precision orthopedic instruments and implants for the medical device industry. Our team supports leading medical device companies through high-quality machining, finishing, and manufacturing solutions. This role performs all activities within the finishing department, including but not limited to Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation. The Finisher will detect and report any discrepancies or questionable conditions, assist with training new team members, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. This position ensures assigned activities are completed in accordance with Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform all activities within the finishing department, including but not limited to Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation.
Detect and report any discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
Assist with the training and guidance of new team members and operators.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and quality system procedures.
Ensure assigned activities are completed in accordance with Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.
