About The Position

Our Finished Products Technicians are responsible for processing cannabis from harvest to distribution, ensuring all products meet quality standards. This role ensures efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company procedures and industry regulations throughout the post-harvest process.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses to work in the cannabis industry
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle multiple tasks, and adjust to new technologies or procedures
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a greenhouse environment.
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movements while handling plants and equipment.
Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary for tasks such as harvesting, bucking, trimming, labeling, and packaging.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of a greenhouse environment.
Regular exposure to cannabis plant material, pollen, dust, soil or growing media, mold spores, and other agricultural allergens or airborne irritants. Employees may also work around fertilizers, pesticides, cleaning products, and other workplace chemicals.
Ability to follow all safety protocols and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and respiratory protection.
