Noblis is seeking Finished Intelligence Analyst(s) to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within McLean, Virginia. As an Finished Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze and integrate all source intelligence related to terrorism and Counterterrorism (CT), and support CT customers by researching, preparing, and delivering written intelligence products, responses to taskings, and deliver oral presentations. Requirements

  • Experience producing integrated strategic and tactical CT intelligence by conducting all-source analysis and applying structured analytic techniques to address complex intelligence questions.
  • Experience researching, analyzing, and fusing information from multiple sources to identify trends, assess threats, and generate actionable intelligence leads.
  • Experience developing high-quality finished intelligence products and briefings for senior policymakers while collaborating across the Intelligence Community to advance collection priorities, support operational decision-making, and enhance mission effectiveness.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.
  • Experience and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206.
  • Experience supporting continuous mission operations with the ability to support shift differentials

Responsibilities

  • Conducting all-source analysis to develop integrated strategic and tactical counterterrorism intelligence assessments addressing complex intelligence questions and mission requirements.
  • Researching, evaluating, and fusing information from multiple intelligence sources to identify trends, assess threats, and develop actionable intelligence leads.
  • Applying structured analytic techniques and critical thinking to assess complex, incomplete, and sometimes conflicting information and develop defensible intelligence judgments.
  • Developing high-quality finished intelligence products, including assessments, reports, summaries, and briefings, for senior policymakers and mission stakeholders.
  • Responding to intelligence taskings and customer requirements by producing timely, accurate, and well-supported analytical products and oral presentations.
  • Collaborating across the Intelligence Community and with mission partners to coordinate reporting, identify intelligence gaps, advance collection priorities, and support operational decision-making.
  • Applying Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure intelligence products are objective, accurate, properly sourced, and analytically rigorous.
  • Supporting continuous mission operations and evolving customer requirements while maintaining situational awareness of terrorism and counterterrorism developments worldwide.
