Requirements

• Solid foundational knowledge of single/multi-family construction, specifically in interior finishes (tile, flooring, cabinetry).
• Sharp ability to interpret 2D drawings and conceptualize 3D structures effortlessly.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to resolving plan discrepancies.
• Top-tier verbal and written communication skills, with an eager, adaptable mindset and a dedication to continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your expertise to design and plan cabinetry, flooring, tile, and interior finishes for single-family and multi-family projects.
• Perform detailed blueprint analysis, complete accurate material takeoffs, and compile precise project estimates.
• Translate 2D plans into clear 3D spatial concepts, catching design and structural details before construction begins.
• Manage your time effectively, adapt to shifting project needs, and drive projects across the finish line with excellence.
