Requirements
- Proven experience as a finish carpenter
- Full set of finish carpentry tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to pass any required site screening
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification preferred (training available)
Responsibilities
- Install doors, frames, hardware, and trim
- Install baseboards, crown molding, casing, and architectural millwork
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and fit finish materials with precision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with project supervisors and other trades on site
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
