About The Position
The Finish Room Associate I will have various tasks and responsibilities in the finishing department including: Manually apply finish and stain, Prep and inspect parts, Hang and Remove parts from the line, Quality inspection, Sanding wood parts, Sealer sanding.
Requirements
- Lift over head up to 50lbs.
- Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to use hand held power tools with accuracy and precision
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to wear and use respiratory
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
- A self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company’s Values
