This position is key to resolving operational costs that directly affect the bottom line, including retailer chargebacks, shipping fulfillment fines, compliance infractions, and return-related issues. There is great opportunity for growth, recognition, and visibility in this role. The exciting challenges of this role include: navigating retailer compliance requirements, fulfillment and shipping processes, retailer portals and Cricut systems, in a fast-paced environment. The position is within the Operations team and will report to the Manager of Claims & Returns Operations. Frequently collaborating with Logistics, Order Management, Sales, Accounting, and external service partners. We are friendly and fun, while also taking our work seriously.
