Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment
Extensive knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and spirits
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in our elegant fine dining restaurant
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, grace, and attentiveness
Offer detailed menu descriptions, provide recommendations, and guide guests through a memorable dining experience
Ensure flawless order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
Display expertise in wine pairing and confidently make suggestions to enhance the dining experience
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure a seamless guest experience
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor
