Provides guest service, resets tables, cleans dining areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring the resort’s breakfast room is well stocked with food items based on the hotel occupancy level and serving alcoholic beverages to guests. The position operates within established policies and procedures, with decision-making guided by the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Banquet Captain. Supervision may also come from the resort's sales staff for catered events. Some independent decision-making may be required. Working conditions include busy dining areas with potential for smoky, noisy, and crowded environments, frequent interruptions, and required work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
