About The Position

The primary objective of the Fine Dining Server includes providing dining services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to Members of the country club, with a warm and welcoming attitude. Fine Dining Server will go above and beyond for the Members without compromising teammates.

Requirements

Be proficient in the English language both written and verbal
Possess strong customer service skills and interpersonal work relations
Ability to understand and follow instructions clearly
Collaborative attitude and ability to work closely with others
Provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States.
High School Diploma/GED
Exhibit an enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and upbeat personality.
Must display high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience in the service industry.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service with a warm smile to our guests.
Deliver remarkable service while adhering to our company’s standard operating procedures, rules and regulations.
Memorize details of daily specials, seasonal menu items and options, as well as seasonal offered cocktails and year-round bar items.
Hold outstanding interpersonal and team building skills with an aptitude for building rapport with a diverse range of guests, managers and coworkers.
Accurately and efficiently record and ring orders by seat number.
Possess a talent for quickly resolving issues prior to escalation with an ending result of a satisfied guest.
Ability to confirm orders and modifications with chefs and bartenders when necessary in a polite and professional manner.
Completes assignments and tasks under the direction of the department supervisor
Maintains clear communication with department supervisors regarding task progress, challenges, and any needs for additional guidance.
Regularly checks in with department supervisors for updates, feedback, and additional instruction to ensure all duties are met.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Creates a feeling of overall Hospitality, Warmth and Energy through interactions with Members and Staff.
Responsible for genuine hospitality to all Members and guests, that compliments the service-centric culture of the Club.
Maintains high visibility, regularly communicating and interfacing with Members, both in person and through structured written communications.
Is a “Steward of the Brand,” ensuring the intention of the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles for the Club is understood through actions, practices, processes and through discussions.
Focused on continued development of a culture in which all staff are committed creating “wow” moments for Members and guests.
Greets guests and maintains a visible and approachable presence throughout the operation.
Responds to Member/guest complaints and promptly addresses their concerns.
As a “Team Player” of Boca Woods Country Club, the team member must be flexible and is required to perform any job, in whatever capacity, as requested by the General Manager that may be necessary for the smooth operation of Boca Woods Country Club.
