Provides guest service by properly seating guests at their table(s), cleans dining areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed. This role involves learning and following the room rotation system for seating guests, keeping the host/hostess area clean and organized, and actively practicing customer service standards. The position also includes making cash transactions, giving change, cashing out the till, assisting coworkers with side work duties, and serving alcohol to guests. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary or as requested by other staff.
