About The Position

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Fine Dining Bartender to join our team! As a Fine Dining Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a luxury, upscale, or fine dining restaurant required
Strong knowledge of classic service standards, wine service, and fine dining etiquette
Ability to confidently discuss drink ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and spirits
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating repeat clientele
Professional appearance, polished communication skills, and strong attention to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Experience in restaurants with average guest checks exceeding $100 per person preferred
Experience working alongside sommeliers and culinary teams in a high-volume fine dining environment
