About The Position
We are seeking a Fine Dining Banquet Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly. The role involves delivering a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests, maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, and adhering to all alcohol service laws and club policies. This position also includes assisting with bar setup and breakdown for events.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Willingness to learn and adhere to the Grasslands standard of service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bartending experience preferred
