About The Position
The Fine Art Department at the Jefferson Community and Technical College Downtown Campus has an immediate opening for a part-time Art Instructor. Courses may include Drawing, 2-D Design and ART 100.
Requirements
- Good foundation art teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the student population.
- Master of Arts degree with 18 graduate hours in studio art.
- One year college teaching experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master of Fine Arts degree.
- 3 years college teaching experience.
- Blackboard certification.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and implementing course curriculum with successful classroom management.
- Proficiency with Blackboard learning delivery system.
