As a Financing Analyst at Desjardins Entreprises - Laval-Laurentides, you will contribute to the analysis, guidance, and prevention of operations and activities related to risk management. Your role involves functional supervision, coordination, and coaching of analysts performing financial analysis of non-retail client files of moderate to high complexity, issuing recommendations, and completing financial structuring. You will act as a specialist-advisor and content expert regarding financing files and serve as a resource person and coach to decision-making bodies. You will work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files. More specifically, you will be responsible for: - Assuming functional supervision, coordination, and coaching of a designated group of financing analysts performing analysis and review of financing files. - Participating in work planning and resource allocation for various financing file analysis tasks and coordinating activities to ensure operational continuity. Performing relevant follow-ups and controls. - Analyzing financing files and developing a recommendation describing the financing conditions, follow-up, and required guarantees. - Communicating the results of the analysis and the recommendation to account managers and proposing other solutions, if applicable. - Performing periodic reviews of more complex financing files. - Complying with current policies, practices, and standards, as well as the various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
