As our Financial Wellness Educator, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive financial wellness and enrichment programs tailored for employees, partner Select Employee Groups (SEGs), and community members from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will produce high-quality instructional materials, deliver engaging educational sessions, develop and administer assessments to track knowledge retention and demonstrate program ROI, and curate a robust Training Resource library. You will also manage organized record-keeping, data entry, and file maintenance, coordinate and direct all training schedules and logistics, and represent the Credit Union as a subject matter expert. Additionally, you will resolve inquiries and challenges, serve as a brand ambassador, assist branches and business units with training resources, keep Senior Management informed of outreach milestones, and complete all required reporting. You will also attend internal meetings and contribute to committees, research and write articles and digital content, and stay current on emerging financial literacy trends. Finally, you will support the Business Development and Marketing teams with the planning and execution of large-scale community events.
