About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Technology Consultant or Technology Program Manager to support a large-scale enterprise effort in a fast-paced technology environment. This role will play an important role in managing new financial system programs such as expense and travel management and credit card related efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing travel and expense programs, technology platforms with implementations, and program management. Successful candidates will possess excellent executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional business and technology teams. This is a 6 month+ consulting role working in a remote capacity in MST or CST time zone. This role does not support candidates who require visa sponsorship or visa transfer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in leading program management efforts for technology platforms, financial implementations or program management specifically with payment management and processing.
  • Experience with Coupa Expense for enterprise expense management and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience using Navan (formerly TripActions) for corporate travel booking and travel program administration.
  • Experience supporting Wells Fargo corporate credit card programs, including card issuance, expense reconciliation, and program administration.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail skills needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment in a collaborative manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within technology, broadband, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise industry environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program management of an enterprise rollout of a new Travel & Expense (T&E) program including planning, implementation, enhancements, and deployment.
  • Coordinate the deployment and integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo corporate card solutions.
  • Manage the technology platforms, implementations, enhancements and related workflow management.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, HR, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive successful program delivery.
  • Oversee program governance, project planning, testing, organizational readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate strategically with executive leaders on business operations, systems management and use and value added enhancements.
