The Customer Solution Design Advisor supports the development and delivery of customer-centric solutions throughout the sales lifecycle. This role focuses on coordinating solution design activities, supporting proposal and presentation development, and ensuring alignment with the organization's technical and operational capabilities. The role requires the ability to conduct a comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, review current workflows and data to design an optimized solution that identifies specific opportunities for cost-savings and project compliance, and develop financial proposals that detail all cost elements while maintaining transparency in calculations. This includes experience managing complex structures and merging customer documents with internal data. The analyst will also be responsible for analyzing internal P&L data and financial summaries to present and align with corporate fiscal health.
