About The Position

This role involves performing technical program management activities to support the planning, coordination, and oversight of program efforts. The analyst will assist with program budgeting, including cost estimating, funding analysis, and monitoring budget execution. Support for program scheduling, ensuring alignment between financial plans, milestones, and resource needs, is also a key responsibility. The position requires conducting trade-off analysis to evaluate cost, schedule, and performance impacts of program decisions, and performing lifecycle costing to assess total program cost from initiation through sustainment. Additionally, the role supports risk management by identifying risks, evaluating impacts, and tracking mitigation strategies, and assesses program supportability, including maintainability, logistics planning, and long-term sustainment needs. Assistance with Test & Evaluation planning, data analysis, and documentation, as well as contributing to requirements development, ensuring financial and programmatic considerations are incorporated into program objectives, are also part of the responsibilities. The analyst will prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders, and maintain program data accuracy within financial and management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Presentation and briefing skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing government technical acquisition programs, or military experience E4 and up.
