Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
Experience supporting financial operations, billing workflows, or financial software solutions
Working knowledge of at least one of the following financial functions: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), or Payroll (PR)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home financial operations
Previous software support, technical support, or client-facing application support experience
Familiarity with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
Experience auditing financial discrepancies, month-end close processes, or billing reconciliations

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for all financial applications and resolve client needs via phone, Zoom, or email.
Host financial management solution training sessions to enable client success.
Create and maintain financial reporting training materials.
Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate processes.
Work collaboratively with solution and engineering teams to identify, document, test, and resolve client-facing issues.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
