We are looking for a service-focused, detail-oriented Financial Specialist who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and guiding members through important financial decisions. As a Financial Specialist, you will provide exceptional member service while supporting transactions, account services, loan support, and product recommendations that help members reach their financial goals.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in banking, finance, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to guide members through financial conversations and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to members and create a welcoming, professional branch experience.
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, account openings, and other financial transactions.
• Guide members through account and loan processes with clarity, accuracy, and care.
• Recommend products and services that support members’ financial needs and goals.
• Answer member questions and help resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
