About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining necessary securities industry licenses and developing foundational advisory skills. Upon obtaining licenses such as SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, individuals will learn to build and manage client relationships, assess financial situations, and provide advice and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful performance as an FSA Stage I typically leads to progression to FSA Stage II, where clients' portfolios are grown and deepened. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check and registration process, with failure to maintain registration potentially leading to termination.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice.

  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
  • Connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
  • Register with the federal registry system as required by the SAFE Act.
