About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is designed for individuals to embark on a career in financial advising. The program includes comprehensive training and support to obtain necessary Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. Upon licensing, you will learn foundational skills in client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing tailored advice. The role progresses through stages, starting in a financial center where you will offer core banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which involves federal registry system registration and background checks.   • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

  • Connect clients to solutions provided through Bank of America and Merrill.
