About The Position
The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is designed for individuals to obtain their Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams, through dedicated training programs. Upon licensing, the role focuses on teaching foundational advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing complex financial situations, and providing guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position involves humanizing financial interactions and will eventually transition to working in a financial center to deliver core banking, investment solutions, and client care. As success is demonstrated, there is a typical progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with further opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by The Academy's programs, tools, and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system, which is a condition of employment.

- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
- Connect clients to solutions provided through Bank of America and Merrill.
