About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is a registration-required position focused on obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. Upon licensing, the role involves learning foundational advisory skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, and providing financial advice and solutions. The FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and will progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
