About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America is designed to help individuals build a successful career in financial advising. The journey begins with obtaining essential Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams, supported by dedicated training and classes. Upon licensure, you will learn foundational skills in client relationship management, assessing complex financial needs, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves humanizing financial interactions and will transition to working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful progression through Stage I typically leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support, programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which involves registering with the federal registry system and undergoing a background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
