About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on helping individuals build a successful career in financial advising. The program includes comprehensive training and support to obtain necessary securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66). Upon licensing, you will learn foundational skills in client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing tailored advice and solutions. The role progresses through stages, starting in a financial center, with potential for phone-based work during location assignment. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to the FSA Stage II role, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system, which is a condition of employment.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
