About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role is an entry-level position focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals. The journey begins with obtaining necessary Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated training. Upon licensing, you will learn foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management, understanding financial needs, and providing advice and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and collaborating with partners. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with further opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.   • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
