The Financial Solutions Advisor provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The advisor triages client leads and requests, refers clients to business partners based on their needs and asset thresholds, reviews clients’ financial and investment goals, builds financial plans, and recommends brokerage, banking, investment, and money-managed solutions. The role also involves identifying prospective clients, supporting referral partners with coaching and feedback, and managing risk in daily activities. The position requires completing required licenses and training and maintaining Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses. It may involve residential mortgage loan origination and therefore requires SAFE Act registration and a background check; employees must maintain good standing. The role is based in an in-office culture, with location and financial center assignment determined by business needs. A new hire may train at one financial center and initially work in a phone-based capacity until a suitable center is determined. The schedule is first shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. The stated annualized salary range is $70,000 to $80,000, with offers based on experience, education, and skill set. The role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and benefits, including paid time off and employee support resources.
