About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining Securities Industry licenses and developing foundational skills to become a financial advisor. The role involves acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding clients' financial situations, and providing advice and solutions. Upon obtaining licenses and reaching key milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions. The role includes structured training, one-on-one coaching, and opportunities for career advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which involves registering with the federal registry system and undergoing a background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
  • Connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
