About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role is an entry-level position focused on developing the skills needed to become a successful financial advisor. The journey begins with obtaining necessary Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams, with dedicated training and study time provided. Upon licensing, the focus shifts to learning foundational advisory skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role emphasizes humanizing financial interactions. After reaching key development milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions and providing excellent client care. The program includes stages of development, with a typical progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where advisors grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which involves registering with the federal registry system and undergoing a background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
