About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on helping individuals obtain their Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66).   • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
