About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on helping individuals obtain the necessary licenses and foundational skills to become a financial advisor. The program includes dedicated training for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensing, trainees learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide advice and solutions. The role progresses through stages, starting with training and potentially a phone-based capacity, before moving to a financial center. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with opportunities for further advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The position requires registration under the SAFE Act for mortgage origination activities, including background checks and adherence to registration requirements. Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
