About The Position

The position starts in a financial center, with potential for a phone-based capacity until a permanent financial center location is determined. The role emphasizes humanizing financial interactions and delivering Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions. Successful performance in Stage I typically leads to progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with further opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system, which is a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

  • Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's approach to client care.
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations.
  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
  • Connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
  • Register with the federal registry system as required by the SAFE Act.
